Medela Pump in style Pump After making use of the Medela “Symphony” (hospital grade pump) even though I was in the hospital, I known as the organization to ask them what model could I purchase that came close to the “Symphony” model. They stated the “Pump In Style Advance” comes the closest. I bought it since I had a breast reduction eight years ago and was not producing much milk. This breast pump has helped improve my milk production and isn’t painful (as a lot of folks have recommended about breast pumping). My only disappontment is that I wish I could just purchase the pump with out the travel bag. Possibly that would bring down the price for folks just interested in pumping at residence. Also, I want the actual pump mechanism was removable/detachable from the bag, but it’s not in this model. I assume you need to purchase the “METRO” by Medela that’s much more high-priced to get that added capability. Overall, I am happy I purchased it. more info : Breast Pump
